Product Overview
SLHT15 (including SLHT15-1, SLHT15-2, SLHT15-3, SLHT15-4, SLHT15-5) outdoor protective type digital temperature and humidity sensor series of outdoor protective type special sensors. Sensors and signal processing of the sensor element integrates digital signal output full calibration. Sensor uses patented CMOSens® (http://www.CMOSens.com.cn/) technology to ensure that products with high reliability and excellent long-term stability. Sensor includes a capacitive polymer humidity measuring sensor, a temperature element bandgap material used, and on the same chip with 14-bit A / D converter and serial interface circuit connected seamlessly. Therefore, the product has excellent quality, fast response, anti-interference ability, high cost and other advantages.
